The lobby of H10 Villa De La Reina is fine, a perfect place to relax with a coffee or glass of wine. The room itself may have been small, but the bathroom was beautiful. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with fantastic neighborhoods to explore in every direction. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Madrid.

The suite was extremely spacious, with a separate tea service. The outdoor patio with jacuzzi was fantastic. The lobby decor, especially the old elevator, was impressive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were large enough to spread out. The small balcony provided a great view of the bustle of Gran Via. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the hotel had a great central location. The quality of services, design, and location were top-notch.
