The lobby of H10 Villa De La Reina is absolutely stunning, a perfect place to relax with a coffee or glass of wine. The room itself may have been small, but the bathroom was beautiful. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with fantastic neighborhoods to explore in every direction. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Madrid.

The hotel offered a delicious and diverse breakfast buffet, with plenty of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many popular attractions and landmarks.
The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or welcoming. They seemed disinterested in providing good customer service and were unhelpful when I had questions or issues.

The suite was extremely spacious, with a separate tea service. The outdoor patio with jacuzzi was fantastic. The lobby decor, especially the old elevator, was impressive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room and bathroom were large enough to spread out. The small balcony provided a great view of the bustle of Gran Via. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the hotel had a great central location. The quality of services, design, and location were top-notch.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The hotel provides many quality services, such as room service and car hire. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which made it easy for us to explore. We loved the amenities in our room and the staff was extremely helpful.
